9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute not resolved within thirty (30) days will be finally resolved by arbitration under the LCIA Rules before a single arbitrator.

10.2 We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site; continued use means you accept the changes.
